[9-HI™ Dictionary] Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL)

The Manufacturing Readiness Level is a scale on which one can assess the maturity of a manufacturing base in much the same way as a TRL is used to assess the readiness of a Technology, it was developed by the United States Department of Defense (DOD), who adopted the usage of MRLs in 2005.
