An initial multitude of SF recommendations will be down selected based on collaboration of the SME Team members and subsequently, the finalists will be weighted for importance on a scale of 1.0 - 5.0. The 9-HI™ AI will help to determine the ideal metrics (SFs) to be used by SMEs to judge the project initially for success potential, then for continuous progress review.
