[9-HI™ Dictionary] Team Lead

A 9-HI™ User that is designated to be a Team Lead by a Program Manager or Project Manager. Within the Group/Project/Topic hierarchy of 9-HI™, the Team Lead has the controls and privileges for only the Topic level. The Team Lead is primarily responsible for organizing and managing Topic activities. He/she is responsible for finalizing Evaluations and selecting responses to move on to the next Sub-Cycle. The Team Lead should be versed in the 9-HI™ process and motivated to continuously move the project forward. A Team Lead should be selected that can facilitate by posing questions, and driving the SME Team to consensus on various issues facing the team.
