[9-HI™ Dictionary] Weighting

The process in which SMEs and AI collaborate and decide the importance of all down selected Success Factors. The culmination results in an Administrator assigning each FPM’s Success Factors a number from 1.0 - 5.0 (see below) to indicate the level of importance of the Success Factor to the final evaluation score.
