[Membership Set Up] Automated Account Set-Up & Onboarding Instructions

This procedure is for corporate accounts and individual accounts. Account Set-Up can be accomplished with either a corporate account code or by individual credit card.


  1. Ask for and fill out the Automated Onboarding Form for all new members. We will send the form including instructions for completion in order to accelerate your onboarding process.
  2. Send the completed template to hunterm@ai-strategy.com.
  3. Once your information has been uploaded into the system we will send you an email notification. You will be instructed to go to the 9-HI login page here https://live.prod.nine-hi.com/ , input your email then click “Forgot Password?”.
  4. The system will then send you a password reset email notification. Click the link to update your password.

  1. Set up 2-Factor Authentication. Use Google Authenticator App or similar by downloading the App to your cell phone/mobile device. Click here for step-by-step Authenticator download and usage.  
  2. You will have one more step to complete your account set-up. You will be forwarded to the payment screen for finalizing your account. Here you will either use corporate code or credit card for payment and agree to 9-HI user Terms & Conditions. After completion you will be taken directly into the 9-HI Platform.
