[9-HI™ Dictionary] Proposal Development Team

The Team within the Responder Group that develops proposal content or technical options for consideration by the Responder Group Capture Team so that the Capture Team has the best information to propose to the Host RFI, RWP, RFP or Pitch Event. There may be multiple Proposal Development Teams proposing multiple scored proposal options for down selection by the Capture Team for final consideration.
