A group can be formed to include a hybrid organization of multiple government, industry, and/or academic parties such as a joint venture, a consortium, or other group that is intended to stay organized for multiple project efforts. Effort needs to be taken to ensure that all combined members are working to a common set of rules, agreements, etc. to avoid issues with IP, organizational conflict of interest, or other business conflicts.
