Internal improvements focus on improving the host organization's Tier 1 Team & Stakeholders Lane. This may or may not include External SMEs and seeks to improve its Personnel, Processes, or Finances as they are applied to specific Product Technology (Tier 1) or Market Application (Tier 1) needs. This is a comprehensive way that a group can work on improving its own organization for existing or upcoming growth opportunities. These growth opportunities may be organic or due to a merger/acquisition event.
